This project represents the lower-level phase of the Urban Work development in downtown Tacoma, Washington, where we transformed an unused space into a modern co-working environment for building tenants. As a trusted commercial contractor in Tacoma, WA, we delivered a functional and creative space designed to support collaboration, productivity, and media creation.
The build-out includes a fully equipped podcast room, music recording room, and multiple shared workspaces, all thoughtfully constructed to accommodate a variety of tenant needs. The layout was carefully planned to balance acoustics, privacy, and open collaboration within a professional setting.
